Peter was very efficient and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Found out I also needed an igniter and he luckily had 1 on his truck. He was very friendly and we had a nice conversation as he was working. I would recommend Peter as a great technician if you are lucky enough to get him for your repair.

Kurt was great and replaced both thermostats in 15 minutes. But your company is totally flawed from a service standpoint. Customers who have problems want to talk to another human being, not a computer. This was my 7th appointment with your company. This is going on since March with five appointments canceled by your AI generated Richard, and a no-show last Wednesday on a confirmed appointment with no phone call or text or anything. Hopefully now I will be able to use my main front burners. After testing them myself it looks like they are controlling the temperature as they should. You should not be able to boil water or any liquid when the temperature is set clear down to low.
