Casey was pleasant,helpful and professional. The part I would have needed was not readyly available and too expensive to special order and repair .The Sears representative who gave me the quote and info on the part was mistaken. I am not having my range repaired.

Bernard has been out to my house three times. Originally to determine the problem and get parts ordered. Which he did. When he came back he installed a new controller board and a self-clean door lock. The new controller allowed us to open the oven door and actually utilize the oven. However, the new door lock motor would not function properly with the new controller. He then ordered a new wiring harness and a new door lock motor. He replaced both and with the new wire harness the self clean door lock was operational. Bernard did an amazing job !

Chadwick did what he could. However I explained everything to two people. They did not pass this on to the Chad. If they had and they looked up the part I needed they could have cancelled the service as the full part is not available. The people on the phone are useless.
