Warren was al system here when he said he would be & was very polite & professional. This was the 3rd or 4th time he had to come out due to issues with parts ordered. One was broken when it arrived, one was left at someone else's house & one said it was delivered to Marconi but wasn't delivered. You should really check on your delivery & ordering services. I live in the city & my front door opens to the sidewalk & it is apparent that packages should not be left. No notice that the part was delivered & they should've at least knocked on my door so I know to pick up the package before it gets stolen!

Work was done quickly and neatly. My only complaint is that we had a scheduled appointment for Saturday and no one showed up. We were not notified about any problems and waited all day. When I called the automated phone line I was told I needed to reschedule. If I hadn't called, we would not have been on the schedule for Monday. Very confusing.
