He came in and was very friendly. He then diagnosed and explained the problem. We opted not to fix it he stove but we appreciated his professionalism. Good experience .

Karl was excellent. the overall Sears service was not so great - The AI and all automated messages make the customers crazy. We dont need so many messages, also I and many people I know cant open links from their phones and dont have email access 24hrs.... It would be nice if I was able to reach a human being to help me when I needed. Thank you!

Dennis W. performed great service on our "ancient" GE Profile (circa 2008) electric stove. While he tried repeatedly (x8!) to connect to the payment portal at his home office in Atlanta, we had to pay the bill by personal check. Repairmen need much better support from the bosses.
