Exceptionally kind and thorough
Hector came and immediately knew what was wrong with my new oven. He fixed it and made sure everything was working. I will definitely use Sears Home Services again.

Mike was just fine. But even though I provided the make and model number to you when the service appointment was scheduled and you assured me that you can in fact work on this oven, when Mike arrived, he determined that Sears can't service this oven brand and now I'm back to no oven (been over 2 weeks). Total waste of my and Mike's time. And totally preventable. Thanks for nothing.

Part, spring, was found to be unavailable any longer. So, ordered hinge roller will be returned. The tech didn't need to take applience appart. Called for spring, there aren't any so repair was canceled, will await Sears decision.
