Jonathan was very professional and kept in touch until he arrived. Install the part that was ordered and shipped to my house. Just a little disappointed that I cannot get to a human to talk to on my outstanding work order 000836612583514 my LG washer which Jonathan looked at and said it would be replaced and then within a couple days I would get a new model number and locate it and I still haven't heard from anybody. I've called nine different numbers and just get an AI agent and cannot get into anybody to find out what's happening. I haven't been contacted by Sears or the warranty which is very disappointing for the amount of money that we spend. Waiting for a part on my dryer to get repaired as well

Cliff was great, super friendly and diligent. The system was frustrating though, as it gave me only a day's notice of the appointment, and then was way off in it's estimate of arrival time. But, the job was completed well, so I suppose I'm satisfied overall.

Scott was very good. The oven was not easy to regulate. He had good advice for watching it from now on. I'm not convinced electric should replace gas for stoves. We'll see how it goes and post about it.
