Aaron is the most professional technician you have. He kept us aware when he would arrive. He explained what needed to be done to our range. Aaron is the only technician we want to work on our appliance. He is a rare professional and is such a gentleman. Too bad all of your technicians are not like him. I've been very upset with Sears but Aaron has won me over.

Very professional and thorough in diagnosing the issues with our Kenmore Range. Unfortunately, because our model was so old (2007), certain parts were unavailable to replace. He recommended a couple of brands to purchase. Great help!!
