Malvern, ARCasey is great, AI service system stinks
My review is on sears new AI scheduling. We have made appts to have our stove repaired starting June 10. It was cancelled saying due to circumstances we would have to reschedule. We have rescheduled 6 times and get the same response every time. Casey called today with an actual appt and he says he hears the same thing from other people trying to get service. There's no way to communicate with an AI only service system. It's horrible. I feel sorry for Casey because he can't explain what's happening either and I'm sure he gets the brunt of unhappy people. He deserves top stars for that alone. We got tired of being without a full functioning stove since June and it's now September so last week we bought a new stove. Your company should rethink this AI system nightmare because well not use you again due to this experience.

This was the worst experience ever. I missed so much work waiting for sears to come out and fix my ice maker. They would cancel at the last minute then ask me to reschedule so I would only to be rescheduled again and again and again. Sears should compensate me and everyone else who has had to deal with this crap. What a waste of my time and loss of money. Beware consumers this repair place is a joke! Zero stars for Sears

Jason arrived yesterday to install replacement parts in our LG clothes washer and Kitchen range. Both are once again in working order making our dinners more easily accomplished and ending my period of washing clothes by hand. Jason is personable and knowledgeable and appreciate his work.

Jeff is great. Informative, diligent and quick. However, The AI customer service and the call center at Sears Home Services is the worst customer service I have ever endured. I took several days off of work when my appt was confirmed on the day. Only hours later I was informed it was canceled. Customer service could care less. Thank you Jeff for fixing our issue.

Manuel was a breath of fresh air. Charming, courteous and knowledgeable. All i ask is that sears doesnt burn him out. Its hard to find knowledgeable techs that are well rounded.
