Edward was on time and very courteous Could not find manufacture's ID plate. He looked at stove a told us the warrenty won't do a thing as no plate. I told him the repairman that sold us the house warranty said they would take care of stove. Now they collected $100 for a visit that they knew would not fix anything This Sears warranty service is a total sham
