Great service by McLeod and Sam. Our repair was prediagnosed by Patrick (Thank you) and part had arrived. McLeod verified what the issue was before installing the new part to ensure he was fixing our problem. McLeod was very careful, kept us aware of progress, and had us verify the oven worked correctly before leaving. Thanks for the service.

Darius was great. Stove is fixed. Thanks But sears gets a failing grade F. This is the fourth time I had an appointment for the stove and the previous times were cancelled by sears. Because of Ai I was not able to speak to an actual person. Unacceptable. Failed
