Timothy did an excellent job fixing the issue with our range. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it working perfectly in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire visit. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It's always great to have a technician who clearly takes pride in their work.

Outstanding! Tom conducted the initial service check, ordered parts and the follow-on tepair visit which was very helpful because he knew the oven and it's issue - service continuity. Also he contacted me for updates to include option for an earlier appt. I hope he's our service technician for any future calls!
