All went well. Robert was very professional ( also , took shoes off without even being asked). We were hoping for the best and so was Robert , but low, discovered that we needed a part for our 20 year old range, that is not stocked or made any longer. So if anyone is in need of a great range for canning? We are sad, but would be happy if we had to use Robert's expertise again. 👍
