Lorenzo did a great job and he fixed my range. The bad experience comes from the previous assigned technician Bernard. He called me at the last moment when I expected him to arrive my house. He didn't come and he called and said that the repairmen needed two person and he need me to add the requirement to my service request. It turned out that Lorenzo himself fixed my range alone.
