Technician came and was very efficient got the part put in the oven and left. Here about 15 minutes.

Jim along with William keep working on the issue with my wall oven. Two services techs were needed to remove the wall oven. Their Persistences paid off. They continued working on it till it was right. Can not ask for anything more from a service techs. Thanks for job well done
