Liar, forgerer
Sears made me wait all day a couple days ago and did not show. This was a rescheduled appt. Tech was over 3 hours late. Did not call prior to appt. Just showed up and called using building security system. I asked him to wait 2 min before coming up. He said okay. Buzzed him in. He never showed. Documents sent from Sears showed he forged my initials on forms. Now I have to wait 5 days for the re-reschedule; assuming the tech shows. Sears service is terrible, IMHO. I say this based on multiple experiences with Sears. Avoid. Get warranty service elsewhere.

Very poor
The first time your tech came out he left the back of my stove loose and incorrectly installed. The second time he smelled like urine and was rude to my wife as she explained that conns was now going to replace our stove and snatched the invoice for our replacement out of her hand. I hop that I never have to deal with your service tech again ver again

3 No show appointments - get different provider
Sears you should either (1) perform a wellness check on William B or (2) examine weaknesses / failures in your system. William B did not show up to repair my range for confirmed appointments on 6/7, 6/21 and 6/26. I received confirming text messages for each appointment and also called a Sears representative the day prior to the last two appointments. I was assured all was scheduled appropriately. Obviously something is wrong. General Electric selected Sears as the warranty service provider. I am forced to identify another provider and obtain reimbursement from GE. I can not recommend.

GE Profile Range - Cleaning cycle not working.
Matthew Kunz never came to make the repair on June 24 as he was supposed to. I received a copy of a document that said he was here and that I signed it. He was not here and I never sign my name in such a printed form. This guy is a liar and very disrespectful to us. My stove is till not fixed and if I don't get some action in the next 5 days, I am going to file a law suit. The original date of this request was 5/17. What say you???

Gas range
Didn't come! Says Sears tech not licensed to work on propane stove. Sent in a receipt showing he was here, but he wasn't! Supposed to send someone else today!

Gas oven doesn't light
This is not the first time Conrad has been dispatched to our home for an appliance repair, although not for the current appliance. Always on time, friendly and quick to diagnose and fix the problem.

Tech did not diagnose the issue correctly
Tech came in and totally misdiagnosed the issue with my range and accused me of purposely cracking the glass top of my range. What he also said is that the glass top is not being made anymore for my range so if the glass top is no longer being made then Sears is on the hook to buy a new range which is really the problem that Sears does not want to pay for a new stove after I have paid for the useless appliance home protection warranty. No wonder sears has gone out of business.

Tech was great, company was horrible
The Tech was wonderful, he was polite and explained things to me. The company customer service was horrible. Scheduled appointments and then never set the up with the tech so no one showed up. Never was notified that tech wasn't coming. You can't talk to anyone on the phone, only automated system no matter what number you call. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Never will buy another extended warranty through Sears!
