Terrible Service

My initial visit to get my repair reviewed was fine. However, all subsequent communication was unacceptable. The appointment to fix the stove after parts were received was deleted (I was told) and then I received a reminder call that my repair was to take place on a date that I did not schedule. After waiting 3 weeks for my repair and spending almost $200 to replace parts (which was done on 7/31/15) my oven IS NOT FIXED. I have now scheduled another appointment which is 3 MORE weeks away. I have spent money to replace parts which were not broken in the first place. Very UNSATISFIED.

We did not get a phone call to cancel the Saturday, July 25 appointment. The front panel of the oven door was repaired previously and then fell off in 4 hours again so they were to come fix it again on the 28th.When I called on Monday, the CSR showed that a part had been ordered and scheduled for July 30.

My 2-1/2 month-old Kenmore gas range was in a grease fire in my kitchen. We were able to clean it up, but wanted to know whether all the functions still worked, and if it was safe. Your serviceman came the next day, and gave it a clean bill of health. Thanks.

Time frame was 8-noon. The tech arrived after 1:30 with only a call 30 minutes before he arrived. Said nothing about delay until I brought it up. Said that scheduler had not taken into account his doctor's app't, but still did not call until some time after he was supposed to have arrived. Very disappointing. Service was minimal. One request about my range was something they said they do not do which was one of 2 reasons for the service call. For the first time in 3 years, I was disappointed and dissatisfied in the service.

Original stove part was delivered damaged. 1st replacement part was delivered damaged. 2nd part arrived today and has nothing to do with the part we need. Customer service and the technician have been nice.

I do feel the service was excellent but I had another appt. The week before and I was stood up as I called the day of while the tech was suppose to be on his way. I did talk with the supervisor and he gave me a 30.00 gift card but I could not even use it on the service. I think this was rediculas that I was waiting and I got 30.00. I am quite dissappointed.

I am done buying from Sears any appliance any more. My stove was 10 years old had techs come out three times, ordered the gas valve part twice and told me that the part is made incorrectly and they are not able to repair my Kenmore slide in oven.
