Hi / the communication from both Sears and Magic Chef were spot on, not only with me but with each other. George was promptly on time and very friendly and professional. He knew what he was doing and efficiently repaired the equipment.

Good customer service and found out today that my has a reverse mode automatically. That's alot better customer service than Ernie Krieger. Pat did alot more than Krieger did. Side note, I learned something new about my magic chef dryer today than 2-3 weeks ago. Thank you sears company. Highly appreciated.
