I was pleased with the service provide by James. He arrive when promised and took time to explain the problem with my dryer. However, he was unable to get the part needed, because of the age of my dryer. He gave me his professional opinion on the type of dryer I should purchase to replace my current dryer.

The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the 8-5 window they give you, can kind of mess up your day. The tech did his best to communicate his timeframe though, not his fault. All in all it was a good experience.
