Dryer
Technician came out, did his work, but I'm not satisfied my dryer still squeaks

Kenneth was nice and I could tell he wanted to help, but, said even though I had the wiring harness, he didn't know how to install it. I don't understand sending two different men out, that told me they didn't know how to fix the problem. Sears shouldn't take on a company (magic chef)that they haven't been trained to work on

Bad
Guy showed up. Said he wasn't allowed by company policy to work on my unit. Took my money and left. What a ripoff

Service Didn't Happen
So Gary the service guy was great (I would have given him 5 stars), but he didn't provide any service because my under counter refrigerator isn't covered by the Sears Appliance Warrantee program! Too bad someone from Sears couldn't have told me that when I set up the repair or when I answered all of the text-bot questions, including providing the appliance model number! I took a day off work to wait (8:00 to 5:00) to just have Gary come and tell me he cannot work on my appliance! It's still not fixed and probably the most cost effective way to handle it is to buy a new one! The appliance is less than 4 years old. What have (new) appliances come to if you can't count on them to work longer than 4 years or expect them to be fixed for less than they cost? Just terrible all around!

Not good
As I said in the last survey that I did for him for Charles d he is not able to check out the machine that I have he didn't put anything in the machine he said he didn't have time for that so that let me know that he didn't have time to properly diagnose this machine this is a great machine it just needs some attention with the spin cycle the spin cycle when I put just basic clothes in there it has it almost comes off the hinges I have pictures of the floor where it has just grooved into the floor so that lets me know that he is not a good technician maybe to somebody else maybe with some other products but this product he do not have a he doesn't have a proper understanding of it he didn't even know how to put it on the spin cycle without putting it on the the full cycle so that let me know also that he didn't understand what he was doing so no he's not it wasn't good thank you

Not good
The first time this Charles d came the washing machine was on the porch he just looked at it and stood in the door shaking cuz he was cold and he did not help me to even lift the machine back in the house where we can get it hooked up and everything we did have time but he did not take any time The second time he came in all he did was do a little thing he didn't even take the machine apart to check and see if there's anything loose in there if there was something going on he didn't even know how to put it on the spin cycle he didn't know how to do anything so I really hope and pray that you all do not send him back out send someone who is capable of taking the machine and checking the machine properly so that would be a great help and thank you so much

More problems after leaving!
He was very nice at first diagnosing the machine. He checked a few things and ran it a bit. He left saying it was the drain hose in the machine. I ran a load after he left and water came from under the machine due to him not putting the hose in the wall. The machine shut off and won't turn back on. There is now also water damage along the wall. I am extremely irritated and dissapointed.
