Very professional and attentive to task. A/C needed part. Technician Brayan followed through to make sure part was correct, available and ready for his picked-up to complete repair. Without his professionalism would have been in third week without A/C‼️

Kevin was very nice and pleasant speaking. Kevin smelled terrible. I felt I needed to put him in my washing machine to give him a good wash though. A repair person should not only act professional but look and adhere to professional standards. Smelling awful is not professional. That's only reason for my low rating. Kevin did fix my machine and did show up after Sears canceled me 3 other times in last 2 months. Thank you for showing up Kevin.
