Long time without a brand new refrigerator not working and long time to wait for warranty service. The service tech was very good and efficient, just a courteous person who came and did his job in a timely manner. Very much appreciated on that end. Not happy with Majic Chef and there lack of getting the required service... many weeks without a working fridge.

Jacob G was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the product. Once he arrived he was confident he could find out what the issue was and fix it. Which he did. A type of service I would be willing to pay for if it wasn't under warranty.

Doug did an excellent job replacing the heating element in my oven. It is an older oven, but he was able to obtain the part. He worked quickly and was pleasant to visit with as he completed the job. I am very satisfied as I have been with other Sears' technicians who have worked on various appliances in my home.
