Joe was very accomadating and flexible in the scheduling area. He found the issue, but could not fix the problem as the parts are no longer available due to age of oven. He DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING. He did find several choices for me to consider to replace my oven and warned me against some that he felt were a poor product.
