Ehhh - not really sure what I paid for :/

Arrived later than quoted; he wasn't as descriptive as to what was wrong or even if he could fix it - said it could be 1 or 2 things then - just stated it's electrical. Gave me 2 quotes for twice the amount I paid for the washer. Not very satisfied with outcome of service.

I confirmed my appointment and was home at the scheduled time. The technician called, and because I didn't answer right away, they marked me as not home and didn't show up — even though I was there. I had to reschedule and wait all over again, after already waiting two weeks for this revisit because a part was needed. Now the refrigerator works but makes a weird fan noise. There is no human to talk to or way to contact Sears. Terrible scheduling repair system.

It's not the technician!

The technician was great. The problem is the service from SHS. I scheduled an appointment, it was canceled and scheduled for two weeks later. The technician came out, said he had to order parts even though I got text messages from Sears asking about the model, error codes, and what the problem was. Made another appointment for the next week. It was canceled and scheduled for two more weeks later. Then that day came, and it was canceled again for another week. Altogether, 6 weeks without a refrigerator that could have been fixed at the initial appointment. So, Chadwick was great, SHS sucked.

Dishwashers

I am waiting for the replacement check for my dishwasher. I returned the spare parts I received a week ago since my dishwasher will be replaced under my service agreement. He told me one of the spare parts parts was for a micro wave oven. ????

Ice and water dispenser doesn't work

Left without fixing the problem. Wasn't friendly and did not look professional with a huge whole in his shirt. Said he could not get the part to repair and I need a new refrigerator.

Did not show up on time then told me it would cost around 1600 to fix a 900 dollar washing machine Said sears computer system was not working So may be sears bad then the repairman but totally wasted my day

Chad showed at the time he said he would, and proceeded to ask me what was the problem with my fridge which I told him 2 which was giving trouble. 1]water dispenser was not providing any water 2) fridge door alarm was ring I informed that I had in fact replaced the water filter On 05/29/25; I informed him that I had done a video chat with someone from (AHS) who advised that from his findings it could have been 1 or 2 things that's the matter the 1st being a frozen water line or a defective water valve, Chad I appeared to go with the 2nd he said that adjust the temperature to see if the water defrost from the water dispenser and that should clear up the problem. And it should take 3 to five days for this to happen. I personally think for some reason he wasn't into performing his job today, because how can you tell a client if the problem still exists in the 3 to 5 days call back an they will send another technician out and there will be no charge. I wanted whatever the problem is to be fixed today, I sent my whole day waiting for him to show up, Also he did stop the fridge door from beeping.

Unreliable

It took 6 appointments to get dishwasher fixed 1st was no show no call, 2nd was 2 hours late, 4th called 10 minutes before appt window closed & said will be another hour - I had to go to work so got rescheduled again, 5th appointment installed parts then realized scratched front of dishwasher & needed 6th appointment to replace part he damaged. LG would have been better off giving me new dishwasher from get go because multiple parts & appointments cost much more.

Very friendly Technician, but horrible experience overall

One of the worst experiences in a repair job ever. The technician was very friendly, but the 1st visit we were told "oh we need to order the part" even though there was a whole "take a picture of the model so we can have the parts ready", then the next visit weeks later, after technician tried to install the part, realized that the wrong part had been ordered. Weeks later, replaced the part, but it wasn't even the part that was broken and needed replacing. Weeks later, waited until 5pm for our "8-5 window", and was messaged at 4:55 that "your technician can't make it today", rescheduled weeks later, finally fixed. Took 3-4 months to repair this part. NO customer service to contact. Only automated voice mails and message trees. absolutely no way to contact anyone. It was HORRIBLE customer service.
