5th attempt to repair failed

My washing machine has not worked for 10 weeks… 5 visits later it still doesn't work. Sears is not honoring the terms of my contract and keeps hiding behind automated answering systems… I just want a real person to call me and make this right! Customer Service? What's that?

Horrible Service

Overall rating

Constantly rescheduling appointments, a window of service between 8 a.m. and 5p.m. and lack of support from an actual person. Technicians who don't want to perform scheduled services. I will never use them for repair again!

Technician was not knowledgeable enough to diagnose what's causing leak in front of washing machine door. He actually told me the residual soap in the the machine was probably causing it!! Then when I didn't believe that nonsense, he said it was the machine rim and he actually tried to bend outward with a pillars. What a bad experience this was and a waste of time. I'm only giving 1 star so that I can submit the survey.

Nudist technician

I actually thought the techs name was "Kendall" but we can go with William. I wasn't present at the home and gave access via a lockbox key. During the repair I checked my security camera in the home and discovered that the tech was working on the refrigerator without a stitch of clothing on!!! NEVER A&E AGAIN

Josh was in my home 3 times. Always rude and obnoxious. Said to me he knew more that the other 2 A&E techs that came before him. He never had a step stool to reach the top of the fridge, always asked to use mine. Lied to my wife and I about screws that he would drop, Said they didn't belong in the fridge, we were standing and watching when he droped them. Very VILE indvidual and as a result A&E will never be alowed back into our home for any reason.

My fridge was displaying a CFE error Steve no 1 ordered parts. The parts showed up and Steve no 2 showed up and said he wasn't authorized to do any work… and that the parts we had were for a different issue. So my fridge has not been repaired even though we have paid for the warranty … was the extra money for the warrant worth it?

The dishwasher still doesn't work. It stops and doesn't drain the water. I called to have the technician come back but because I asked how much the dispenser was he put it as estimate declined. This had nothing to do with why you came out. I will never use Sears again or buy anything. They want me to pay another 119 for the technician to find nothing again and still have a non functioning dishwasher.
