Need to get serviced again

The washing machine still doesn't work. I would like to get serviced again considering the issue was not resolved.

Tech did NO diagnostics

Sears tech came for 5 min. the last 2 days and did nothing to try and fix my refrigerator. When my partner, Ron Beckham told him we paid for the Sears Agreement to repair it, he went out our door and threatened to fight him. Unacceptable serviceman.

The man lied about there being chewed wired and left

My experience was not well. this man said there was mouse poop and chewed wires so he took all the parts even the wheeles to fix my rack in my dishwasher. he took them all and left, so when I got home I pulled my entire dishwasher out, witch he never did and I did find a little bit of mouse poop behind the dishwasher but I inspected every wire and all the insulation for chew marks like Jason told me there was and upon my inspection there was no bad wires or even any trace of a mouse chewing anything at all so he lied to me just cause he didn't feel like fixing my dishwasher.

No Faith.

I actually asked for a different technician for this repair. I had no faith that they had our best interest at heart! These two technicians had replaced the pump on our lg refrigerator freezer less than 30 days ago when it quit working. So when it stopped cooling again Sears booked us for Friday afternoon and technicians were to arrive by 4:27pm. I received a phone call late Friday afternoon I thought he was going to tell his arrival time but instead the lead technician decided to reschedule us on his own for Monday. lLiterally refusing to keep the appointment for 4:27pm Friday he moved our repair to Monday. 3 mores days without refrigeration. The botched repair, a broken glass issue along with his " You can't live without me" attitude now the last minute reschedule I had enough. Even though a phone attendant told me he would not be doing my repair surprise, surprise who shows up. I asked them to leave I'd been without refrigeration for days now what one more day. He and his sour-face 2nd technician who both times now in my house looked as if he didn't want to be here. Like he really did not want to be anywhere left with a fake surprise look they shuffled out my front door at Mach-speed . To my relief they were gone. I certainly understood by this morning Monday morning they never had our best interest at heart. Leaving us without refrigeration on Friday I guess he wanted a long weekend off. I had no recourse at 4:45pm Friday but to wait until Monday. Luckily we had a nice no judgmental repair tech Isaac that came on Tuesday, checked it all out. Explained everything to us like we were human on an even playing field unlike tech 1 who acted. as if he was the best thing since sliced bread and we were blessed to have him.

Multiple Visits over 4+ weeks. Fridge is still broken. At this point, I feel they are just guessing at parts. Replaced the fan (which took 3 weeks and multiple visits because they ordered the wrong part) but left before he validated it was working. "I can't hear it, but it should come on later." SPOILER ALERT: It did not.

I can flip a breaker switch for a lot less than $129. He spent more time figuring out how to bill me on his phone than he did caring if the refrigerator was going to work. He was back in his truck in less than 10 minutes after we threw the breaker. Now I've been without a refrigerator for 4 days and they can't send anyone out until Friday??!!! I need a call from someone who is responsible for this!

Messed up our washer

He stripped the screws to our washer door putting a dent in it and then left saying he would call me. Choice warranty said, it was not normal wear and tear and was not covered. They implied Sears said that but upon more questioning they would not admit it came from Sears. He left us in a bind and no washer for over a month. We had to call someone else who got it fixed that day and explained what happened. Now our washer is working but damaged. This is not the last u will hear about this.

Machine squeaks like crazy after "fix"

Literally, machine is squeaking like crazy on very first load after being "fixed" for a grinding noise when the tub turns. Now I need someone to come out and do another "fix". Ridiculous.

AWFUL

failed to order all the necessary parts the first vist. Finally installed everything. Now I'm getting an OE error code indicating the washer can't drain. He installed a new drain hose. And he has a poor attitude.
