Could not duplicate problem
Our gas oven has had a recurring problem for several years, but it's one that can't be duplicated so the repairman couldn't help us. I have multiple videos on my phone that show the large flames from the burner and on which you can hear the loud roar, but he did not seem interested or able to make a determination from the videos. I am concerned about a fire hazard, but he had no suggestions for us. Our extended warranty expires 12/17/24 so I guess I'm going to have to pursue this with Sears with the videos as evidence.

Refrigerator Repair
My experience with Michael G the serviceman sent to my home to service my refrigerator, which is approximately six years old. The biggest complaint with the refrigerator is the refrigerator left door slams whenever it is closed. The refrigerator did not perform this way when I purchased the refrigerator six years ago and it's only been recent in the 6-8 months that it's become an issue. When the door is open and you're about to close the door, it sounds as if the door is being slammed shut. It doesn't seem to matter what position the door is in if the door is half open or in this case 45° from open, of course it wouldn't close from 90°. That would be fully open the door. Once the door starts to move the door seems to pick up speed and slam shut. That was the reason for the service call and for the reason he was sent to my home. Michael G. Attempted to diagnose the problem by opening and closing the door. His first assessment was, I had too much on the door itself so he took the shelves off the door and opened and close the door and it's still slam shut. He then made adjustments to the front of the refrigerator in an attempt I guess to balance the refrigerator which made no difference in the slamming of the door. He then asked for a stool to step on which a lot of him to access the hinge at the top of the door he took it apart, said that the hinges looked fine and his assessment is you're gonna have to live with it because there's nothing else he can do. Since the refrigerator was not sold to me in this condition, I felt that he should've made a better attempt to do something to adjust the door or attempt to fix the door by either replacing the hinge, even though he felt the hinge was not the problem, then my question is what is the problem? So to say the lease, I'm not happy with his attitude that he took or a position he took. He called his boss and explained to him that the door only slam shut and it only makes the other door open slightly. There's much mor

Excellence Service. Fixed the first time.
Our compression went out suddenly. Elijah, the service tech, was spot on. He diagnosed our issue during the first visit. Parts were ordered onsite and arrived within 3 days. And early the following week he replaced defective parts and restore the use of our refrigerator. I would commend him and his service again. Thank you!

He was unable to diagnose the problem. Then after he was finished he sat in his vehicle in my driveway for 15 minutes making phone calls. My dogs were going crazy. I finally went out and asked him to move

Dryer
The man that came was very nice and worked for about an hour. However, when I turned the dryer on to dry a load of clothes it makes a loud noise while it runs. It needs more repair quickly.

Washing Machine Repair
Curtis arrived on time. He was immediately upset that I had a stacked unit and he didn't know (the work order stated stacked unit). He stated he wasn't going to be able to work on it because the he couldn't move the dryer. He repeated "I am so sick of this job" over and over again. I then brought in my own table and had to lift the dryer off of the washer with him for him to complete the service and then put the dryer back on the washer when he was done. He completed the work fine, but I was highly unimpressed with the fact I had to move the dryer with him and his poor attitude.

not pleasant
I was told by my aunts caretaker and Brother that this technician was very short with his responses to them and when his app. wasn't accepting my aunts check, he became frustrated at them, when my brother said he would go get cash. It was then that my brother remembered my aunt (who is challenged) does have a debit card and could pay with that. Not polite customer service!
