Despite possible multiple causes for problem, he seemed to think He knew what to do . Waited an additional week for part and return appointment Did not fix problem. With self diagnosis I believe identified problem but paid for warranty so have them fix. Trying to set up a return appointment was a nightmare. Had to start from new despite already being there . Terrible customer service. Seems no regard for inconvenience they are causing.

very positive as far as booking the appointment. your AI assistant is OK, but still not the human expererience. David seemed like he had a rough day. Kind of negative attitude or maybe he just had a real issue with the LG brand.

Technician did the job. But there was no communication as to what was wrong. There was almost no diagnosis. He just assumed it was the motor and said it had to be replaced.

Dishwasher drain line replacement

While he did replace the drain line he didn't put the line back thru the cabinets and the dishwasher back in place (from where the original person removed it to find the hole in the drain line).
