Service technician
My appointment was on June 18, the Sevice technician came out and looked at the refrigerator and said he didn't want to fix it . Due to all the repair problems orders he seen for the past year . He recommended me to contact the lG manufacturer to have them replace the unit . I since they call the LG warranty manufacturer and file a claim.

Didn't Even Fix It
Been to our home 4 separate trips, and keeps closing out the ticket stating work has been completed, but it has not been. Our oven hasn't functioned properly in over 6 months. And they're trying to invoice me directly, despite it being under manufacturer warranty

Rip off
Your technician quoted me $569 to replace an evaporator fan in a refrigerator. He said it included labor and diagnostic fee… then sent me a bill for$369.95 for diagnostic fee after I declined to have it fixed. I have reported your business to BBB. TIRED OF PEOPLE TRYING TO RIP ME OFF.

Review. 10 times schedule still not done.
The international team in the Philippines or an Asian country( not Indian) kept canceling the appointment refused to send a message to the technician, refused to get a supervisor. Also the notes say my machine is in recall but it isn't. Additionally after talking to the repair customer service a survey came out and when I called back. The international customer was had listened the feedback. The last 3 times technician hasn't show up

Waste of Time
I called customer care asking why a virtual interview. He cancelled on Friday and then called and refused to help because it is in manufacturing warranty why not tell me that weeks ago. Been out of a fridge for three weeks now and your team just wasted another week and then charge 208 dollars for a 1 minute call. Please such a scam you guys are. You care less about the customer and just want to create waste.

LG Fridge Ice Maker
The service tech was fine. The process to have the repair completed was horrible. I had to call both Sears and the Home Warranty company 7 times each, sit at home waiting for service tech multiple days. When no one would show up I called and was told the part was on order when in fact I told them every time the part is sitting on my counter. This all started on June 5, today June 17 they finally completed the repair.

Sears Repair Service
The service I received by Phillip was just fine. I have an issue with the individual that set up the appointment with me last Saturday. I was assured that the piece to fix the fridge would be on the truck. That every effort would be made to rectify the situation if possible. The individual and I knew it was the compressor and knowing such information he said there would be one on the truck. Phillip arrived without a truck and a compressor. He too knew that would be the necessary part to fix the fridge. I am dumbfounded that you can have customers wait a week to be seen and then not send your technician prepared to repair the appliance. This is a terrible way to conduct business and I will be sure to spread the word that Sears has an awful home service department.

Refrigerator repair.
Poor quality work. Front panel not installed properly not flush with other panel.. Left job site without properly checking newly installed parts. When water dispenser is used water leaks inside the refrigerator.

Technician
Be careful with this technician. He doesn't like to provide viable solutions for potential problems. He cancels appointments and reschedule at his own time, shows up at your home when you are not home take pictures of the front and leaves and Keeps taking the job that he doesn't want to work.
