Problem still not solved..
Just connected my washer back into the wall and connected everything and when my husband tested it to make sure everything ran right but the water that filled into the tub ran directly onto the floor. This needs to be re-serviced.

Poor service
These people do not vaule their coustomers. We have been rescheduled over 6 times by the company. We have been dealing with this issue since December. So they finally come out today just to leave my washer not working at all. Totally ridiculous! My machine was running before they came out, it was just off the cycle running time. Not to mention they are so hard to get in touch with. This is so unacceptable, and they want to know If we're gonna renew our warranty? You have'nt even fixed my washer. The answer is No! Would you?

Wish I could give zero stars, as he does not deserve one star. Technician was rude and condescending. He refused to actually evaluate the machine that obviously has an issue. I will never use this service again!

Frustrating
This is the 2nd time Charles has been scheduled to come fix my refrigerator. He has been paid BOTH times and cannot find my house. He does NOT call or text me. Just no show. I'm held "hostage" waiting for him and he doesn't show up. Then I get a receipt where he's getting paid. Notation says cannot find address. CALL ME CHARLES!!! This is ridiculous Is there a zero stars?

Dryer repair ( 4 TIMES RETURNING)!!!!
After installing the barrel Ian couldn't stay the few minutes to hear the same noise that you have been here 4 times for so not happy with my experience not to mention the previous 2- last minute cancellations by your technicians! So this experience has sucked totally not happy with my time wasted! Everything has been replace this is terrible waste of time look at Jose's notes!!!!

Refrigerator Repair
Mohammad was very through and clear. He ran diagnostics and fixed our issue for now. We may need to buy a new refrigerator at some point but at least it is now working. Thank you,

Poor scheduling awesome tech
The technician was awesome but the virtual assistant is a joke. It took 3 months to get my refrigerator repaired. My appointments kept getting cancelled and at one point I got a message saying my repair had been completed resulting in setting up another appointment. Will more than likely cancel my warranty with you guys . Very frustrating the service I received.

Your home Warranty Services are fraudlulent
This nightmare began on October 28, 2024. Parts were ordered for our LG washer covered by your warranty. Here we are 10 visits, multiple repair attempts, wrong parts apparently being ordered by your technicians, failure of technicians to even show, more than 50 hours of my time lost waiting around, and your repair folks seem surprised that I don't want to lose another day for them to supposedly order the "correct parts" after almost 4 months, 10 service calls scheduled and made or blown off. How many times do you think it is reasonable to fix a washer or decide it cannot be fixed? Perhaps 4 months and 10 appointments? Your tech told me, told me, that he would note that it was non-repairable but looking at his visit notes he did not. His supervisor who he spoke with for more than 20 minutes in his truck would not talk to me despite my requesting Choi that he do so when he was told to order more parts. Scam is too nice of a word to use for what you have done.
