Jacqueline C,
Miami, FLNice but ineffective
David was very nice and easy to talk to, however he wasn't able to get to the core issue (for no fault of his probably) because access to the issue required the fridge to be tipped over apparently. He was nice, but it didn't solve my problem.

I. was not happy that the used parts were put in the box and I was told to throw it out. Usually the technicians take it and dispose of it. I would have removed everything from under the sink if I knew it was needed. instead He removed everything took apart a stand I had with my cleaning supplies. This has never happened to me before. I was always treated with respect. I prefer that Ben does not return to my house for any reason.

He was very nice and friendly. Could not diagnose the problem. Gave suggestions. But no resolution.
Patricia Layne,
Phenix, VAService Needed Promptly
The Service person was adequate each time. The service model thru Sears was not - two visits and months in between for a 20 minute gasket replacement is not. Not being able to use a dishwasher for months, having to give up a day each time for "service" is annoying & inconvenient even tho the day of is more precise as to time. On line menus are cumbersome & complex. Phoning means a loss of at least an hour with silly transfers & repeating of information. Sears used to be our family " go to" to buy, repair, trust. Not now.

Tech was very polite, but seemed to need more training
Joe L,
Beaumont, TXVery expensive!
We were shocked by the price of clearing some ice off our freezer door- AND we were NOT given an estimate before he started working on it. In a short time and over $400 later Timothy cleared the ice.
Mike M,
Kerrville, TXService call
She was very friendly & courteous she got my dishwasher running after she left and when it stopped, I checked it and it would not turn on again so we thought it was fixed, but it wasn't
Linda R,

Tyrone was prompt and affable. After replacing the door gasket, the DW still leaked. He announced no other plan to repair the leak. Waiting for call back from sears plan. Not satisfied.
