Poor performance
After 2 plus hours could not fix microwave. Did not have proper tools or experience for hard wiring. Company should have inquired about the wiring before accepting the job.

Technician has visited my home 3 times to repair my Kitchen Aid stand-alone ice maker. He has replaced circuit board and water valve. It still does not make ice. Have asked Sears to schedule another visit.

workmanship is excellent, technician very polite. But your appt. scheduling is atrocious. I had to get up at 6am because your appt. was from 7am to 11 am. Never showed. Opened up my computer and found a message (you wouldn't call me) saying appt. was now for 2:07 pm. No show. Received a phone call saying appt. was not between 3 and 4 pm. He did show up then. Then I had an appt. to repair my ice maker and I had to sit all day. The appt was from 8am to 5pm. Ridicious.

Charles was ok. The problem with your service is that you make a diagnosis and there really isn't any assurance that it is correct. Last time the diagnosis didn't fix it, so I bought a new refrigerator. This time the diagnosis was a new board. We'll see.

William seemed fine as a technician per my husband's feedback, as I was not the one who interacted with him, and our range appears to be working properly (previously, there was an issue with the temperature control on one burner); however, this 3 star review is for the fact that William either didn't perform the cleaning and maintenance that we paid for, or if he did, it was a terrible job because my range looked no different than it had before he was there.

firs schedule was on July 11th ,we waited from 7 AM til 5 PM no technician showed up .Sears scheduled for send time on July 18th ,your technician came after 5PM did not have the right part for oven ,Third time on July 25th your technician came after 6 PM with correct part and fixed the oven So we had to stay home three days from 7 AM to 6PM .
