Repairing KitchenAid refrigerators two of them

I do not feel like Rob has any idea what he's doing on trying to fix my refrigerators. He has ordered parts but only attempted to install one. I've had a lot of problems with him, not showing up and saying that he has so please do not send him back to my home to fix my refrigerators, it's been almost 3 months since they have worked. I feel like it's time to have them fixed. .

Rob may be a good hand, but he does not know anything about refrigerators very undependable about showing up and then he's not truthful

This technician is horrible and doesn't know how to fix

Bernardo E is terrible with rude attitude and doesn't know how to fix a dishwasher. The appointment was on Oct 9th between 1pm-5pm. He didn't go as scheduled and he didn't now notify us. He let us wait for a half day on Oct 9th. Then he called me around 9pm at night and went on Oct 10th. After his service, my dishwasher totally stopped working. Before it was working but just triggered the power off sometimes. When I tried to communicate with Bernardo, he was careless, and he was very rude and said he couldn't help that I needed to call Sears or my home insurance. He didn't care about the customers and he didn't know how to fix things. He should not work for Sears to ruin the reputation of Sears.

Your previous three employees did nothing to fix my service now Gustavo said he could not order any parts or do service since Sears is no longer contracted with choice. My refrigerator now has more issues than what I started with. Would never recommend Sears

Disappointed when using Sears Home Protect

This is my first time using the service that I signed up for, and my microwave was not covered due to some edge case reason. I always here that I should not sign up for these types of protections due to the unknown limitations and I guess folks are correct, it feels like a scam. I most likely will not be renewing based on this experience. Tran was fine and he's just sharing the news he got from his manager. This as a simple issue to fix and because it's a certain microwave it was declined.

Technician broke electronic plastic casing to my dishwasher

Tech was to put another gasket in. Door was not closing due to a new gasket placed the week before. He thought it was a lock issue and proceeded to take the plastic casing off . He did not adequately unscrew the screws and pulled and twisted for the plastic casing to come off which was never any issue to come off when a previous tech removed it. He consequently broke the casing on the sides and where the screws went in. Now the dishwasher is unable to close and cannot be run as the casing cannot go back in place. He said he would try to find another but I doubt it will be found. He then told me he had to leave quickly to get to another appointment and to sign that he was there. I could not read what I was signing it was just a blank screen on his phone. I received a notice from Sears that I signed that it was normal wear and tear and that they are not responsible. This is not only poor workmanship but lying and unethical behavior on the part of the technician and SEARS if they do not take responsibility. Fortunately I have before and after pictures along with the broken pieces. My warranty program First American Home Warranty who contracted Sears also has those pictures and saw the before and after and agreed with me. Now we will see who the ethical company is to take responsibility.

Service from Sears Repair

The service from Sears has been the absolute worst. Four visits has only result in the refrigerator being worse than it was before and no resources in sight. I am contacting higher level to get issues resolved.

This is the fourth or fifth day. I've set around My Home waiting for your technician to show up. He has never showed up what is wrong with you people I really need my refrigerators fixed. We're going on three months now.

So all I can say is this is your third attempt to fix my same problem so I talked to a senior tech a couple weeks ago when you guys rescheduled another appointment to come try to fix he said all the lights in my fridge needed to be replaced according to a TSB And there was a new part number so I'm disappointed that your first text didn't come up with this, but the guy that showed up this morning did not replace all the lights did not replace the lights in the freezer and the guy told me that he did but he did not because it's very obvious what the new light looks like I feel Sears or the service that you guys provide sucks and it is horrible and I would never recommend it for anyone
