Dishwasher Repair
Ahmed did a great job fixing the issue. He tested it a couple of times for me to demonstrate that it had been fixed. Unfortunately, the dishwasher door will now not open all of the way, so he will need to return to 1fix this.
Christopher M,
Centreville, VAReplace gasket on refrigerator freezer door.
Robert did a good job with my refrigerator freezer gasket. He advised me to be patient because the gasket may take a couple days to form to the door.
David C,
Winston Salem, NCLate arrival
My window was 10-2 and he showed up at 3:30. Once he was here he fixed the problem in 20 minutes.

Khalid was great. No problems. The problem I have is trying to talk to someone about my repair before they send someone who doesn't have the right parts. It's ridiculous Then we set up another appointment. Waste of time for all involved.
Kurt K,
Fallston, MDExcellent service
Manuel was professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. He repaired my dishwasher on a very short time line; set firm appointment times and kept them; very personable and made the repair service a surprisingly good experience.

Monterey Park, CASome Issues
The repair appears ok. However, Dave refused to take a big box of trash he generated. I told him I would prefer he take it. He said no. The box was too large for my trash can. He also spent a LOT of time on the repair because he was training someone. I had plans that were delayed. Note: The trainee was very customer friendly.
Clocis C,
Bonita Spgs, FLI should charge you for my time
Jose N was good. Do not have an issue with him. However my second appointment was for 9-22-23 B/T 8-12 set by the first tech that came out previous. I Took the day off and NOBODY SHOWED, CALLED OR MESSAGED. Try to call the number listed. It's a joke no live person. Had to reschedule for the following day. I should charge you for my time I missed from work.
Richard M,
Walnut, CaKitchen Aid refrigerator
Ricky came yesterday 09/21/23 to fix my Kitchen Aid Refrigerator because it is not cooling. He replaced a copper piece on lower back of my fridge and then said that it is not repairable and left with fridge turned on. After 45min, a white smoke and hissing sound came at the place where he replaced the copper piece. I turned off the fridge.
Suneetha Y,
Downingtown, PARepaired but left creeped out.
Happy he was able to fix my dishwasher which apparently needed to be leveled again. Unsettled thst he asked for my WiFi password (no) and to use my bathroom (no). Please send your employees with wireless service sufficient to complete their job responsibilities. He also admitted to eavesdropping on a work related call and asked me about my kids, as a result. I found it unprofessional and unsettling.
Customer,
Michigan. He performed service, but had me sign that I had refused ser
I wasn't pleased that he showed "refused service" lumped in with "refused warranty". I did refuse warranty, to him and everyone else who asked, but obviously I didn't refuse service. The problem with the ice maker was the the electrical connection at the bottom of the unit had come loose. He plugged it back in and the unit began working immediately. No parts required. Otherwise, I was pleased with results and professionalism I have always received with Sears Home Services.
