Ice maker repair.
Steve was great. The icemaker worked for a few minutes and stopped again. I waited forcit to make a batch of ice andxwhen i tried to use it, nothing happens. The ice is fresh and clean. No clumps, not wet. The maker just stopped.

Would not voluntarily use this service again!!!!! It is impossible to speak to a human!!! Service by tech was fine, but I would not use A&E again. No one answered the "contact us" on the A&E site. The technician called me at 4:52pm the day of the (original) appointment to cancel, which was extremely frustrating as I had rearranged my work schedule to be home the whole day. He called back at 4:59 assuring me the rescheduled appt would be consolidated with the outstanding refrigerator appt and he had submitted a request to a supervisor to reflect this. Long story short, of course this did NOT happen. The day of the (rescheduled) appt, I received no communication from the technician. I had to call the automated service every hour to get an update (delayed by 1-2hr every time I called). No dispatch texts or estimated arrival texts were sent.

Technicians are GREAT, but.....
The process, people, website and telephone bots involved in scheduling, confirming, tracking parts deliveries are awful. It is a classic case of one hand having no idea what the other is doing. But, in this case, there are multiple entities involved so it becomes a cluster mess. You need to simplify this process. You need to update your IT system to include current and accurate information. Your website needs to be accurate! What a mess! And, CHANGE THAT HOLD MUSIC!

Close door warning comes on after oven has been on
Justin felt pretty assured it was fixed. We started using this afternoon in preparation for a dinner party. Put on 400 degrees, heated up fine, placed bread in oven for a 15-20 minute cook. Worked fine for approximately 10 minutes then "close door" warning appeared. Needless to say, with company coming in 2 hours, we are not happy.

4th time maybe.
June 23rd, I started the process of getting my Dishwasher fixed and here it is 27 July and still not fixed after 3 visits. First the come out and say "need to order so parts" parts come in. Second visit "still not working I'll order some more parts" parts come in. Third visit finally get them in and it comes on, so he packs up and leave but no water! Just because it lights up doesn't mean it's all fixed. Even when you buy a new one, they install it they always do a run cycle to make sure it's working, not just "it's on" and leave. I don't understand why they need to know the brand and model when they do carry any parts? I have been told they are coming back Aug 2nd, maybe 4th time is the charm. I gave them 2 stars only because the lights now come on.

Same Recommended Repair
Terrence recommended same repair as first technician provided that did not work. We did it again plus replaced a gasket, but still have exact same problem. Neither technician took apart anything on refrig to check what might be going on. They see ice in lower part of refrig and assume it must be a common problem this refrig can have.
