Half the job
He replaced the board and heater, it is now leaking water from the ice maker. I would think that you would fix all the problems when fixing something.

dishwasher
tech was aggressive about not wearing a mask indoors for vulnerable occupants. It was overwhelming and disappointing to feel that I had waited 3 weeks for help and still wasn't going to get the repair completed.

Tim was great, A&E was a TERRIBLE experience.
Timothy was excellent, the problem was the A&E company and their useless customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone! 800 number is worthless, probably on purpose.

Still not working!
Christopher came in a timely manner, was very polite and did what he thought would work. However the Kitchen aid stand alone ice maker is still not working. Please help us! We have a large family and we need our ice maker to work!

Keith seems to be a good technician
Chris Glover and Ricardo Espain require their service technicians to have customers sign a damage waiver, explaining that in the course of the repair they might cause damage to cabinets, floors, etc. and refuse to be responsible for that damage. If the customer does not sign the waiver, the technician refuses to order parts or perform any repairs to the appliance. The Protection Agreement on my appliances says nothing about the waiver requirement. As a California Licensed Contractor, Sears is Bonded and Insured for such damages. I believe this is an illegal practice and will file a complaint with DCA and CSLB.

Dishwasher repair
Was condensing to me regarding my care of dishwasher. Had to have him come back into house to put racks back in dishwasher when I cannot lift them. The dishwasher has been put back together incorrectly so I need someone to come back out and correct it.

Awful Communicator
Gabriel would not communicate with us. He ASSUMED we were deaf because we have a speech disability, and he was using weird sigh. I kept asking him to talk to us, but he would not.

Problem not fixed
The technician took care of a frozen defrost drain, but he chose to NOT install the refrigerator evaporator fan blade that was ordered. So our ice maker still isn't working.

3x to fix problem
Technician very nice person but has had to come back 3 times to fix essentially the same problem. Should have checked gasket all around to make certain it fit properly. Had to pay for an extra service call because not fixed properly the first time.

Technician is a Liar
He reinstalled the dishwasher door seal correctly which the last technician had installed backwards. Thanks, but he lied on his service ticket saying he installed a new door seal, new soap dispenser, new left & right door hinge. He didn't install the new soap dispenser because the one we received is broke. He did not install the door hinges because we received two left side hinges. He was supposed to have ordered a new soap dispenser and a right hinge, but he closed the ticket claiming he installed everything. If you don't believe me the parts are sitting right here on my countertop.
