Refrigerator door still stays open if you push on it
The refrigerator door still stays open doesn't want to close on its own. Please come back out and realign it again.

Shawn came very prepared with parts. Unfortunately due to company policy if you don't have a serial number you can't fix it! I have other companies who have worked on this unit. I had sent a picture of the model number.I just bought this place 2 years ago, this was the refrigerator that was in the unit that the builder put in. Sears if that is your policy you should tell the client. I wasted two days and now the new service man can't come out until Monday. A week without a refrigerator!! my husband has expensive medications that need to be on ice!!

Never fixed
Tech did put used parts in the other day and now the door is falling apart. Called and requested another repair.

Over Priced
While the technician arrived on time and appeared to provide efficient professional service, the price quoted to repair/replace the ice maker seemed far to high. I contacted the store where the Kitchen Aid fridge was purchased. We had to wait a few days for an appointment, but their tech quoted a price at about 1/4 of yours.

Issue Not Fixed
The installation of the new component went smooth. After moving the refrigerator back in place, the original issue started occurring again. The tech said to give it 24 hours and left. We have spent over $700 and are no closer to having our issue resolved .

Failed to put oven back in place
Called sears - the stove was pulled out from the wall by the service man. I was told someone would return today to push it back into place as my husband has had back surgery and can't lift. No one called back or returned.

Refrigerator still not fixed
after many trips and rescheduled trips the refrigerater thermostat still is not working. Temp is set at 39 degrees and temp is now 34 degrees. Continues to be much colder than what it is set for. Micah was nice and i do not blame him but after 4 or 5 visits it appears no one can fix this problem. we are frustrated. thank you

Sears Scheduling
I scheduled an appointment with Sears. I had to wait 10 days for availability with a refrigerator and freezer that were not usable, but I was willing to do so because of the high quality reputation they had. I received a phone call and text from a very professional technician days before the appointment. His name was Mike. He asked about the symptoms my refrigerator was having and told me he was going to order some parts so "the problem could be fixed on the first visit". I was very impressed and understood why Sears was rated so high. Then things took a turn. The night before my appointment I received an automated email saying my appointment was rescheduled for and additional 4 weeks away. No explanation and I couldn't reach a live person. Six weeks after I scheduled my first appointment, a technician named Jose showed up with no parts or knowledge of the issues my refrigerator was having. He brought a "trainee" with him to train him on my refrigerator. They were there 15 minutes. The tech diagnosed the problem without even needing to open my refrigerator. Said a part would need to be ordered and a second trip required. Jose, the technician, was polite. He said the next available appointment was another two weeks away, but he would see what he could do to expedite things. He followed through and was able to come back within a few days if the part arriving at my home. However, the trainee did the physical work under the instruction of Jose. I didn't wait seven weeks to have my home used as a training school where a trainee could learn how to repair my refrigerator. A very disappointing experience. I will not use or recommend Sears in the future. Had this review been strictly about my direct experience with Jose, I would have given five stars.

Refrigerator repaired by damaged another part
The technical worked long to repair the clogged drain. Did complain a lot that this was too much work. The drain was unclogged, but he dropped the right fridge door on my back. Luckily I was not hurt, the front was dented. He said it will be replaced. However, I have not received any notification from Sears about the door replacement.
