Terrible!!! Don't come to the appointment that scheduled or call you with some nonsense story!! They did this to me two days in a row!! I'm over this service!! Terrible!! 😡😡😡😡 the rate is 00000

Did not fix the problem

The technician misdiagnosed the problem. We waited a few days for the part to ship. He came and replaced the ice maker. Today is the third day and no ice producing. On top of that the temperature in the freezer and refrigerator is declining.

So I am not sure if the technician was unhappy that he had to come out our way last minute because there was a schedule change, but he was quite rude to myself on the phone and. My husband in person. We will not be using sears services again. After taking a day off from work to have our fridge serviced, I was notified via the online system that they had canceled the appointment. This happened about 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival. The first technician was nice enough. He ordered the part and scheduled a return service for one week later. The part arrived to our home three days later. Sears contacted me the day before the appointment and stated again that they would need to cancel because they did not have a part. I contacted them and told them that I had a part delivered. The online chat service said , "oh yes, that is the correct part and we will be out tomorrow ". Really the whole system is very disorganized.

Not fixed

Super nice repair guy replaced thermostat and fan, but the problem still not fixed. The fan runs continuously. Must unplug the range to stop it. Starts again as soon as plugged in again.

Refrigerator repair

The ice maker still does not open or make ice. The top freezer drawer still does not open all the way. We are not happy.

We were having trouble with the temperature in our 2 yr. old Kitchenaid refrigerator. Sears Technician came to fix it and said we needed to replace the evaporator and he ordered the part. the part arrived and then Frank came to our home to replace it. He then said we needed the entire icemaker unit replaced (which worked perfectly prior to the first visit). Frank put the unit in and left. That was not the solution, since we still have no ice being made at all. Called Frank this morning on his cell phone and left a message, but he has not returned our call.

Company failed

Duane was very professional and completed his job efficiently. BUT, the company failed to show up the day before for an appointment, even after I talked to customer service who said someone would be here before the end of the day. Very difficult to communicate with anyone, I just got online and rescheduled after not hearing anything about the day before. They said they showed up and had a picture of a house that was not mine, I was there all day and no one called or came by. I would give them a ZERO for that.

Fridge is still down and food is spoiled

We waited a week for a technician. He spent less than an hour and did no testing just decided we needed a solenoid, installed one and left. Next day the fridge was doing the same thing as before. Called for assistance and was told we had to wait another week. Waited and now have been told we have to wait another week. Cannot get a person on the phone, just an annoying computer voice. Not a happy customer.
