Very unhappy and disappointed. Darryl did not fix our gas range! He left telling me I needed to check and see if we had gas- which we did before it went out. I had to wait another 1.5 weeks to get someone back out (not able to use stove at all during this time) and it was actually because Darryl didn't properly plug in one portion of our new control panel- easy fix. I would never use him again.

This is the 3rd time they came out and the Ice Maker does not make any ice. He said it should be fine in 24 hours again but if it doesn't make ice he said for me to contact AHS and ask for an authorized Kitchenaid repair person.

Came to our home even after we requested to get Nareth. Initially said we turned off the ice maker but then realized something else was wrong. Still did not fix the problem. We are without ice for now nearing 1 month. Called to request Nareth once again and I now see Eric Q is being sent again on August 4. Absolutely amazing!!!

Refrigerator issues

Victor, 0 stars Came in and made him self at home, sat down and took a phone call. Looked at our fridge for less than a minute and told us to Contact the manufacturer. Never gave us an estimate for the work. Said we declined his estimate, which is not true. We would like a refund for this service because the technician didn't do anything.

Courteous, but careless

The technician took about 40 minutes repairing the dishwasher. When done, he didn't actually test the unit. He seemed to be in a rush to leave and told me to just reset the circuit breaker for the dishwasher to come back on. When I checked the circuit breakers none of the breakers were actually off. I tried flipping all the breakers off and back on to see if the dishwasher would come back on. None of this worked. So, now here I am having to order yet another service call to make up for his carelessness during the visit. This is a huge waste of time for everyone involved.

He arrived angry and was rude. One problem was the refrigerator light has two bulbs and one side is not functioning. The bulb on one side burned out I bought a new one. When I put the new bulb in the socket it didn't light up and therefore noticed the socket was broken. I put the old bulb back in because the light fixture got hot at times. Concerned to leave the socket empty. Thomas ignored my explanation and kept telling me the light bulb had burned out. I kept repeating how the new one didn't work in there either and repeated the problem. He kept saying he didn't replace light bulbs...ignoring that I said the fixture is broken and a new one didn't work in it. After repeating myself 4-5 times I got angry because he wouldn't listen. He packed up and left even though I apologized. I don't want him here again...the feeling is mutual.
