Not happy and can't reach an actual person
Supposed to come to switch a glass top of electric stove last week . Window is 8a-5p so it's the whole day of waiting just for the guy to tell us they can't switch it because the caulking wasn't removed from the sides of stove . We were never told to do this before they came . When asked the worker he said oh it happens all the time nothing we can do about it . So my wife wasted a complete day for nothing! We now have to be without a stove stove top for an extra week because of incompetence. I asked them for a phone number to reach a supervisor or any human and was told they do not have a number to give me. Very hard to believe… also had to pay double for the job because we were told it's a 2 person job which is ridiculous in my opinion. The following week got the same window 8a-5p. Heard nothing again til the end of the day ..Finally switched out but not after hearing the workers complain and try to tell us the caulking wasn't completed removed in back which was false and they found that out rather quickly. They complained about the floor not being level also which was just replaced 6months ago and false. Then at the end of the day left the old glass and hurried away. They did replace it good and put stove back so that was a positive ! But overall Very poor experience and very unprofessional from the time window to the completion.. Still can't believe they wouldn't give me a number to reach a person and not a answering prompt. Hopefully the company reads this and contacts me to make it right but big companies seldom do that!

Still doesn't work. Not making ice
The repairman said it would be making ice in 24 hours and it hasn't made any. It has been over 24 hours

Freezer temperature too high, not resolved!!!!!
As I start writing this review I opened the refrigerator requiring service, the temperature shows 23 degrees for freezer and 42 degrees for fridge. You can absolutely improve your repair servicing by assigning skilled repair technicians to your customers. Norberto told me that he reset the freezer temperature to zero degrees but never ever got to zero when he reset on August 11 and today August 14 he told me it's normal for temperatures to rise. But it's not normal for freezer to go up to double digit degrees which reads 23 degrees. He didn't examine the top compartment that house the compressor, inverter, evaporator, he just listened!!! Our call for service was not resolved being temperature of freezer is too high!!!!! Zero star if I could !!!!!

Unhelpful
Even though the unit was removed, which the tech would have had to do to repair the unit, he refused to reinstall and level. In the future send a tech that does not have a bad back. I'm 72 and had to finish reinstalling the unit. Not happy with service. He was a little curt.

Upset
Technician never showed up. He was to be here between 1-5pm today. AHS contacted me and said they were notified today at 1 pm that Sears cancelled. This is the 3rd time I had to ask for the day off to get our ice maker fixed. VERY Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

Timing
Had an appointment between 8-5 Never received a text or call to tell me he was going to be late. Showed up at 5:45. Never apologized for delay. I understand appointments run late but a text would be appreciated.

Signature Fraud
Had me sign a form to order a part - but when I received the confirmation of the form via email it said something completely different. The form that "I signed" that was emailed to me said - I abused the item and that I agreed it was not covered. Supervisor was in on it. I was a little suspicious when he went outside to talk to Supervisor after he couldn't find the part in the system. So the plan was to have me fraudulently sign off that it wasnt covered rather than them do their job and replace the part. (That is covered and has been replaced by sears previously!!!) Dont trust. dont sign on computer. he got my signature and then changed the form. Now I have been calling non stop for resolution and only get the run around.
