Service provide to replace cooling fan in range oven

Overall rating

Albert was very difficult to communicate with which made me nervous on the quality of the repair. He seemed to have difficulty with the installation and took a call during the appointment whereupon he spoke in another language so I don't know if this call was related to the repair or if it was a personal call. Everything looks ok as far as I can tell though so I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days to make sure it's running alright. I just think his customer service skills could be improved.

WHLE i GAVE Anthony AN EXCELLENT RATING FOR REPAIRING MY ICE MAKER, IT IS NOW 12 HOURS LATER AND I HAVE ONLY HAD 3 ICE CUBES MADE BY ICE MAKER. WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS BY TOMORROW MORNING.

Jim and his partner showed up and went right to work troubleshooting the icemaker. While the problem was not found, they did a much more thorough troubleshooting than previous repairmen.

I don't know why Choice Home Warranty sent Sears Home Services. Strange! Why does payment happen at the entry door prior to greetings or ringing of the correct doorbell. Why were so many supplies ordered just to be taken back by Salvador? Salvador stated that Sears requires money up front. I am requesting no more Sears technicians.
