Needs to return, to fix what he did wrong
The repairman needs to return to my home, because he didn't put the bottom plate on my dishwasher & it makes a horrible noise when I open & close the door, can not use my dishwasher until he returns, because I don't want to ruin my expensive dishwasher

Too much
The tech was fine, but had I known it would cost almost $400 to defrost my freezer (no parts only labor [1 hour]) , I probably would have passed. Not a happy customer

Disappointed.
Determined the compressor was going bad but wanted more money to repair. Should be covered since diagnoses.

No shoe covers
Paul was very nice. Nothing against him, but this for the company. He didn't have any shoe booties/covers. We don't wear shoes past our front door and he just walked up the stairs with his shoes. It took me time to disinfect and clean everything. His shoes are worn everywhere and in other people's homes and I think sears should provide shoes covers for them. At least ask if people mind or not before entering.

It's a partial fixed , The original call was , no light , no power, and the door won't open , ADA co came and replaced 1 fused - but still not heating… need a circuit board but apparently acccording to them is that the item is discontinued and no longer manufacturing… Cinch called sears ompany, same problem I told that it needs a circuit board, but tech said it's not.. only the fuse at the back. Now it's heating but there's a very dim light on the screen.. I told this at the beginning.

Oven doesn't work
Michael is very nice and quick but when I went to use the stove I turned it on and smelled electrical smell. Then when I used the oven I got a error code F8EO cooling fan set to low .

Supposed to be a Preventative Maintenance
The PM was not performed, he clearly had knowledge but didn't inform me that because my floor wasn't level he wasn't doing the pm. Had to call the warranty company to find out our ticket was still open and they would come back once we leveled the floor. The lack of communication was frustrating. I wish him well in his retirement as he indicated he was retiring tomorrow - he clearly wasn't wanting to be here. We will call for return service AGAIN as this is the 2nd attempt at getting this pm done.

Miguel's Service
Miguel was the 4th service technician to visit my home for a refrigerator repair. The firs tech assess the issue and ordered a part. The second tech came and said the wrong part was ordered, and ordered another. The third tech said that I had to defrost the fridge before the part could be installed. Miguel visit and determined the part the second tech ordered was wrong and had to order a different part. He came back the next day to install it. Fridge appears to be working as expected. Miguel did a good job and was apologetic for the previous technician errors. The stars are not representative of Miguel - it is representative of the previous techs lack of knowledge and experience.
