First Glenn was on time, he communicated with me from bout 0830 until he arrived. He was clean, professional, enthusiastic and blunt. I don't need to discuss the Esther or traffic, I needed answers as to what to do bout my dishwasher and he provided exactly that. He was courteous to my pit bull and very careful on my new tile floors. He provided fair and correct info for me to evaluate my options. Why can't they all be like Glenn.

Professional + solved the problem quickly. With 4 kids we have issues with the dishwasher at least 1-2 times a year. Sears hub service is the best.

Eduardo was right on time, quickly found the problem… then showed me the broken pieces which I really appreciated and all is running good with the dishwasher now… I would highly recommend Eduardo anytime
