My experience was good. My tech was timely, and professional looking. They diagnosed the problem with my washer quickly and informed me of the next step. And Voilà, they gone.

Lorenzo was good but Gamalial messed it the last time. Gamalial came last time anbsent minded and did not properly look and ordered the wrong part (Valve). That part took 1.5 weeks for getting delivered. I had to do multiple follow ups and then Lorenzo came today and said the ordered part was not needed. I ordered fuse because I doubted Gamalial's lack of investigation and that turned out to the real needed part. Why a customer has to suffer such a bad experience? I had to investigate and buy from my own pocket the fuse. This is really a bad experience. Thanks to Lorenzo that finally the my bought fuse ($6) fixed the dryer. I unnecessarily waited 2 weeks. If Sears could have sent person like Lorenzo with the most common reasons of failures.

The person putting in the part was fine. The part ordered the first time was an off brand and cheap and came in broke. Then the right part was ordered and is working fine. It took a month and a half to get a 15 min job scheduled. That is very poor service especially when the wrong and cheap part was ordered .

This is the worst experience I have ever had with Sears. I will contact yelp and publicly share our experience with contact, appointment scheduling, the Sears Hub Warranty site. Two refrigerators for repair since the beginning of March. The GE was scheduled in around the lst week of March. This had to be rescheduled 5 times and completed finally on May 23rd. The Kenmore refrigerator was scheduled for repair at the end of March and this appointment was rescheduled 4 times since and finally got completed today June 2nd. DO NOT PURCHASE WARRENTY FROM SEARS. TECHNICIAN WAS GREAT BUT SERVICE IS EXASPARATING FOR CUSTOMERS.
