Problem still unresolved.
Just changed the filter and water started coming out, but the problem is that every time the filter is changed water comes out for a bit until it stops. So I think there is something wrong with the dispenser and not the filter.

Refrigerator problem
It seemed fine after he left but now it is not cold and not making ice like it was yesterday . Also water is coming out where water and ice do running down door

Replaced part doesn't work properly
Andrew was very polite. But he did not confirm that everything worked well before he left. He replaced the filter housing, but the problem is not resolved. The filter pops out every time we try to use the water dispenser. Very dissatisfied. Sears needs to correct this problem. I am calling the company.

Quick visit just to say it's a part we can't get anymore.
Was at the house less than a half hour just to say it was a fan inside, never torn the unit apart to see this fan, but claimed it was this fan inside the unit that was the problem. Then proceeds to say the fan is no longer available. Like he didn't want to do the work so just claim nothing can be done.

kenmore freezer issue.... and sears finance credit back
misdiagnosed the issue with the freezer after i paid $ 632 in advance for what was a temperture control unit replacement ..... waited 4 days for a revisit. and he tells me now its a compressor winding and would be substantially more.... he was honest about it. and i declined..... still havent received my credit back on my card which is concerning.

Fridge door, ice maker replacement
Willa installed a new ice maker, waiting for ice. Willa did not fix the door closer on fridge. When I told her it wasn't working, she said fridge doors don't automatically close. I told her yes, it's been automatically closing for years. Til it didn't work. The phone call I received later , had a more informed person on the line. Also very friendly and helpful.
