Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Sears I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the maintenance service provided by Sears on October 3, 2023. Unfortunately, I must report a highly unprofessional and unacceptable experience with the technician who visited my home. On the specified date, a Sears maintenance technician was scheduled to address the spinning issue with my appliance. The previous Sears technician had identified the problem and ordered the necessary replacement parts. However, the technician who visited us today did not even attempt to address the issue. Instead, he only discussed clogs inside the machine, completely neglecting the critical issue we had reported earlier. What is most concerning is that he did not communicate with us regarding the status of the previously ordered parts or why he chose not to install them. Without providing any explanation, he abruptly left our premises, leaving us in a state of frustration and inconvenience. This situation is highly unfortunate and unacceptable. We rely on Sears for professional and efficient maintenance services, but this experience has shaken our confidence in the quality of service we can expect. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter to rectify the situation. Please arrange for a competent technician to revisit our home and address the spinning issue as previously diagnosed and ordered. Additionally, we would appreciate clear communication regarding the status of the ordered parts and the reason they were not installed during the recent service visit. Kitchen range

He came out and looked at it and told me it's too old to repair! It's old ok but I don't think 12 years is to old! I believed he just didn't want to pull it out to work on it. It should be a simple fix as it's the door on the microwave dose not activate the switch when closed. So it will not start unless you play with the door. Anyway I believe a younger tech with some help could pull it out and fix it. That's just my opinion.

Not happy

Ice maker is still not making ice. He wasn't able to tell me what was wrong, just suggested I call in two weeks if ice maker still isn't making ice. He stated everything looks good, not sure why the ice maker is not working. Still don't have an ice maker!

A&E is the worst

The tech was Ok, he had to reschedule me due to being over booked, but sucked because i was waiting for him on a Thursday. But the company is just bad. Real bad. Customer service is bad and their website/ telephone platform is useless. Its confusing and make it impossible to talk to someone

Service lacked standard performance

Adam was unprofessional and deceptive. Was combative with warranty service rep instructions regarding payment protocol and following assignment schedules. Notations entered in his report was inaccurate, not authorized by me. Service was not performed due to different parts previously ordered by another technician. Adam took the parts refusing to let me returned the parts myself.

Did not thoroughly fix it

They thought it was an issue with the coins, but they did not run a full cycle before they left. We just ran a full cycle and it did not work. Need to return to do further work.

Poor service, no stars

He was in a hurry when he got here to leave. He already thought he had the diagnosis before he walked in the door because my wife said she had tried to melt butter in the microwave. His automatic assumption was that she left the foil on the butter, which she told him she did not. He was not willing to look inside the microwave, he lacked professionalism and an attitude of customer service. He just wanted is fee without any diagnosis, without looking inside of the microwave itself, And I had to ask him to show me what was wrong with the microwave. He was unwilling to even do that. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money. He said that fixing our microwave would cost as much as getting a new one, and walked in, deciding that we needed to do that first.

Call me ASAP

This is not a Mohammad complaint. Mohammad was very professional. Call me ASAP 3017044924 The service from Sears has been terrible. My Washer is still broken and leaking water. Now my vinyl floor is literally torn/ripped (Not water damage). The first of 3 technicians took a part of the washer with him. And now you want more money than buying a new washer and dryer together!!!

4 year old refrigerator unrepairable

Technicians tried more than four times to fix our refrigerator. This last time the technician said it's unrepairable, start looking for a new refrigerator! What is Sears going to do for us? It's near impossible to get a live person on the phone, and then they just want to set up another service call. We are not only out the sizable cost of the refrigerator, but the cost of the service call and the cost of a lot of spoiled food. Very very unhappy!! Unfortunately, I can't rate a zero.

Repair Micro oven door

Made too many phone calls to set up service date. Repair man here today ,4th time to replace Microwave Door and the new door today is broken. Reordered again. Also your phone system is almost impossible to talk to a person ( NOT A COMPUTER) and the wait time is way to long.
