Missed opportunity
Maston was the first technician who came to diagnose the problem with the refrigerator. He said he would order the parts necessary and as soon as they came in I was to schedule another visit. One part came, I scheduled a technician, he/she did not show up. Reason: they were waiting on another part. I had received email confirmation that someone would be at my home on Sept. 1 but no one came. Lost a day of work because of this. Second part finally came a week ago, scheduled a service visit, no one came. Reason: no one answered the phone the morning of the service. This is after I told the scheduler that I would be on an airplane that day, my daughter was going to be home, she took off work to be there, and she had spoken with the scheduler to make sure he knew she'd be home. I received the email confirmation that someone would come Oct. 12, between 10-2. No one came. Third time, and this will be the LAST time, I scheduled another service call for Friday, 10/13, from 10-2. We'll see if anyone comes. I called to confirm that this is the date and time and the scheduler confirmed. This has been almost 6 weeks since I called for initial service. I am greatly displeased with the service, or lack thereof, and everyone telling me they are "sorry" these things happened. Sorry doesn't recover my lost hours at work from taking time out to meet a technician who never came. I won't purchase another Kenmore product again. Sorry I purchased this refrigerator.

Not pleased
The technician would not work on the refrigerator because he said the power outlet was not sufficient. The freezer works fine but the lower unit quit cooling. This is the second time for this problem. The first technician obviously didn't fix it the first time either. Now I have to reschedule again. Very displeased.

Kenmore Elite Refrigerator Door
The refrigerator door no longer shuts automatically with just a slight push. I've read that it could be a worn out cam, but Darren said that Kenmore doesn't make a cam. And he concluded nothing was wrong.

Came out twice made it worse
Horrible experience. Have people come out twice first time how to order part to wait 2 weeks before they're installed. Neither time issue is fixed. Second time me the issue worse. Tried to call somebody couldn't get a direct person. Only an automated number. I was texting somebody for a while. He said somebody would call me within 48 hours ago. Received a phone call. And if having to buy a new refrigerator being that it cannot be fixed would not be using the service over again.

Repaired but still doesn't work
Replaced motor but still will not spin cloths. Have to hand ring cloths before placing dryer. Was told everything was OK

Icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator
Well my Refrigerator is really tore up now. The freezer temp. is 65 and the refrigerator temp. is 65 also. Before the guy so called fixed it today. It was fine. It has only been the Ice maker now it is doing nothing. We have had 4 different men to come out and it still not fixed. You need to hire someone that knows what they are doing.

Dishonest and rude
I don't like to think that someone is racist but I don't know why this man would lie and be so rude to us. Our refrigerator will be repaired, and we will move on. Kenneth shouldn't be in the service industry.

Don't buy Kenmore
the technician was competent. It is Sears I have a problems. They are non-responsive, and the only time you can talk with a person is when you make an appointment. after that, no human contact. They had to reschedule 3 times. i wasted 10+ hours waiting for them. if i could finally get rid of the refrigerator, i would finally be done with them.
