Washer repair
The parts were late. The appointment time said 1:18pm the repair man and helper arrived after 5pm barely spoke then left the house without word. I had to go to truck to be told by helper someone else had to come to talk to me which may have been Matthew. He said my cc declined but my cc company assured me there was no problem. All and all my experience with your automated systems and the last service call has left me with the belief I will never call you again.

Awfull technical
Is the first time I have experienced something like today with Sears. The services provided by the above named on his way out said he was done, so I came and check my dryer and not working at all. So I ran outside before he leaves and told him and his answer was "with me it did work", which I said ok, now is not working at all, and he responded back " with this type of machines when you opened them it might something moved inside"...ok. I said: im going to call Sears, which he didnt care and left. 1st. If it was working with him, why did he told me about " when you open this type of machines, something it might moved". 2nd. Hello, you are still here and my dryer is still not working! At least before this technical came my dryer was working just because of the squeak sound, but now it doesn't do nothing at all. Very bad experience, if theres were the option of NO Star at all that will be my rate.

The problem was not corrected
The technician stated there was some loose connection & did temporally fix it. 4 hours after he left the water supply in fridge stopped & it is displaying an error message. If there was loose connection it the wires had to be fixed. But he didn't do anything to fix the issue.

No knowledge, no cooperation, no action.
Working with Choice, A&E, and it's technicians has been the worst experience. They are constantly suggesting that Choice/Sears Insurance have not authorized parts and labor though this is confirmed with them. Floyd was extremely uncooperative, unknowledgable (tenant had to explain to him the difference between a freezer and an ice box) and wanted to upcharge (according to Choice) for the labor that was provided. Not a single thing was done or fixed, they keep shifting blame and no one being accountable for our appliance being repaired or even have the part ordered. This has been a truly terrible experience.

Refrigerator Repair
The job was not done correctly. Parts was ordered and not used properly. Parts was glued & taped together. It's been over a month since I had a working refrigerator. Another service appointment had to be scheduled. Waiting another week. This is unacceptable.

Highway Robbery
I will never call Sears repair again, which I did only because this dryer was purchased there. The repair price was inflated — which I know because I just called 2 other repair shops to get their price for same repair — to try & coerce us into purchasing your warranty program. I have no interest in the warranty & just needed a heating element replacement. Tech was fine; this service, however, isn't.

Bad business.
This technician came unprepared. Why does a customer need to provide any towels are rags for there job. He wasn't really enthusiastic about doing the job. Giving me all the negatives that could happen, for performing his assignment. I felt as if it was a threat.

Unprepared, unprofessional
This tech was not prepared with the tools he needed and left a mess while leaving. He asked to borrow my tenant's vacuum, borrowed a knife and soiled several new wash cloths of my tenants. He left a mess with the old parts scattered and charged an additional fee for cleaning the dryer even though the service was paid for in full during the first visit from a different technician. Ill probably be canceling my sears warranty based on this experience alone.
