Not thrilled that u made an appointment on a frig that has been raken away. I tried to call, get a human but no... You are suppose to be given us a new frig. So you have jacked us and the repair guy around for 6 months. How about getting on the money for frig. The repair guy has been great through the years. Your warrenty people are something else. I never even made this appointment either, they did after tling me i could get rid of frig and we would be reinbursed. I dont think we will recomend sears ever. Thats were we slways went for stuff.

The technician That was supposed to come Wednesday was unable to show up because he hadn't had the tool that he needed the technician that came today was unable to service my stove because there was no serial number so now I have to deal with another person a third party person so I rate the service very poorly

The technician removed some parts as part of diagnostics. But, did not put the parts back.

No Fix Available

My washer/dryer set is 16 years old but I was surprised to hear the needed part for my dryer is no longer available. This tells me Kenmore appliances aren't expect to last more than a few years before customers have to buy new appliances. How sad, Kenmore products could easily last 25 years or more. My dryer still dries clothes without heat but after the Sears visit, it didn't. I reset the machine by unplugging it over night & it is back to working per usual without heat. I will replace dryer vent hose as suggested by tech & hope to see vent tray again fill as expected. Please have your service people cover their shoes before walking on homeowner carpeted stairs as a common courtesy shoe booties should be used. This ends my family's 4 generation use of Kenmore laundry products; we will be using Speed Queen going forward.

They Did Not Do A Good Job

I waiting all day for the technician to arrive. He did not arrive until after 4pm. The repair technician left before making sure the problem was fixed but of course he told me it was fixed. Guess what, the problem was not fixed. Now I have to set up another appointment to get it fixed and they don't have availability until 2 weeks. This company is not very knowledgeable and they're definitely not accommodating.

Nothing was fixed

I have been without a refridgerator for 10 weeks. Sears has been out 3 times, every time it takes another 2 weeks. The first and 3rd visits the tech told me the unit could not be fixed. But they reported to my home warranty company that it could be fixed and need a return visit. they have replaced the condenser, the control board, the heat valve, and some other parts and I still have no working fridge. I'm beginning to believe Sears is taking me and AHS for a ride. It is not possible to speak to a service rep on the phone, only a continuous robotic recording.

Washer repair

The parts were late. The appointment time said 1:18pm the repair man and helper arrived after 5pm barely spoke then left the house without word. I had to go to truck to be told by helper someone else had to come to talk to me which may have been Matthew. He said my cc declined but my cc company assured me there was no problem. All and all my experience with your automated systems and the last service call has left me with the belief I will never call you again.
