How do I leave a review for someone who didn't show up for the repair but somehow there was a receipt for it? Don't purchase sears warranty.

Terrible customer service and warranty
This is not a review of the technician it is a review of your terrible customer service and terrible warranty which i will never purchase again. The technician didn't even know why he was there. I want a new washer now as i have been told several times over the phone. It's now over a month since i had a washer that has worked and 6 visits by technicians. On 2-27 -24 my washer was deemed unrepairable by two technicians that were at my house and i still do not gave a voucher for a new washer. Your customer service and warranty are garbage.

Reported damage incorrect and they denied claim
The door seal pulled away from drum but reported as a hole . I am trying to deal with home warranty now because he told them a hole and they think I punched a hole in it

Ignored our description of the problem and didn't fix it
We had the Refrigerator Fresh Food Fan Motor Assembly replaced on Monday, but it still wasn't working - no cold air circulating, fridge was warm and freezer starting to warm up too - so we called to have it checked. We explained this to Abdul, but he ignored us and focused on a leak he said he found in the condenser. Obviously it was important to fix the leak, but he refused to also check the fan system and got angry when we insisted, saying the leak was all he needed to fix. After he left the freezer cooled down to normal, so fixing the leak did help there, but the fan is still not working and the fridge is still warm - no improvement at all. This is the THIRD TIME we've had this fridge serviced in the past two weeks and it STILL is not working!

Sloppy reinstall of dishwasher
He put the dishwasher back in the cabinet crooked and it's loose. Then I spent another 45 minutes in the Sears phone tree trying to get someone to send him back out to do it right, so I have another service appointment next Monday and have to spend another 4 hours away from work waiting for someone to come out and do something over that would have taken him an extra 5 minutes to do correctly while he was here the first time.

Fridge is still broken
Repair person was supposed to fix the air pump in the fridge. He replaced the parts but apparently did not test to see if it was actually working. He said the fridge would cool down in 4-5 hours, but after 24 hours it is no cooler than before the repair was made.
