Terrible service

I waited and took off work for the service tech to show up He signs off like his been here and has not showed up for the last 4 times he was scheduled. My refrigerator is getting worst. I've had the parts in my garage since October. I started this process in June with my refrigerator not getting fixed. Your warranty is not worth the paper it wrote on. I call and I keep getting the same story with the promise the tech will show up and he never shows This the reason Sears is in shape it is in. I'm scheduled for the tech to come on March 5th. I'll bet he never shows up again and I'll get the same story again when I call.

To began with the original tech did not replace the part & then the washing machine broke again and you reordered a new part same part as before and said the old part was normal wear and tear, then told me it would be covered, then your tech showed up today and demanded payment cause the home warranty hasn't paid you for the prior repair that wasn't even done. This is not the last of this I didn't pay and going to turn Sears in to the better business dept and then some.

Broke washer worst

Before diagnosis washer was still able to spin and wash just making a low grinding noise. After the diagnosis now the washer does not spin or even start. Technician also left a tool underneath dryer. Then tried to upsell me on some warranty service. Would not recommend sears home services.

In reference to Order Number: 000767044701476. My rating is based on information needed. I will change the rating after I receive the information below. My Sears Home Warranty cannot approve the estimate for the repair of my clothes washer until they receive the following information from Jeffery, the service professional. (Diagnosis on 2/15/24): •Diagnosis of the issue- what caused the drain pump to fail? •Location of the item Please advise Jeffery and get this information to me as quickly as possible. It must be on a service company letterhead (logo) , name, address, and phone number.

burnt up the pump on my dishwasher and now sears will not replace the unit!! filled my kitchen with smoke then asked if i had a FIRE EXTINGUISHER!!!1 now i am with out a dishwasher.... THANKS A LOT..

Worse communication ever

No phone number OR email to leave an actual msg. Everything is automated with a recording and mysteriously my original appt was canceled by YOUR company the day of, with one single email AND rescheduled a week later. When I called your 800 #, it gave me an option to come the following day. "Press one"; it didn't work and confirmed the later date that YOUR company rescheduled. I am very disappointed and after my contract expires, I will most lkely NOT renew it. The technician was great. A 5 rating for him.

Kenmore Elite Dual Fuel Range Repair - Dissatisfied Customer

Technician replaced the baking element and the oven still won't come up to temp in either preheat or bake mode. Technician was having serious health issues upon arrival and during the repair and did not stick around to make sure the oven worked. Now, after spending over $500, I have to call Sears Repair AGAIN to come back out to repair an oven that is still not working. I expect to be reimbursed for the previous repair.
