This is not specific towards Abdul. This repair began in February and I am now being told that my washing machine is unrepairable. I've been through this before with my dryer. The machines were purchased at Sears but for some reason the Sears repair team is unable to fix them. They were also unable to provide info or the specs of my dryer which caused an issue with trying to determine it's value whiched ended with my warranty company giving an amount that wouldn't even allow me to purchase a dryer at the thrift store. Long story short, I am shopping for a new machine again. Not a happy camper at the moment.

Probably could have been diagnosed over the phone?
I looked up the scheduled time of arrival before leaving for an appt. About 2 hours prior I get a phone call saying he was 5 minutes out. If the scheduling system worked right this could have been much better managed. Now I am at an appt and can't get home. Hubby, working from home, could let him in but not have a conversation with him. I was told that the service fee was $119, and if we agree to the repairs this amount would be credit toward the repairs. He said "it toast". Nothing you can do to fix it. 1: might this have been handled over the phone? 2: why such a huge fee for five minutes of his time AND no quote for a repair for me to even say yes or no to. Lastly, he didn't call me to fill me in on the situation! Very disappointing. Overall, I was not happy about how any of this was handled.

Who hired this man?
From the moment Matthew arrived, we had concerns about his behavior. The longer he was here, the more threatening, belligerent, aggressive, and disrespectful his behavior became. He cursed, yelled, talked over us, used the f word multiple times and refused to listen to us concerning our issues with our appliances. He did not fix any of our issues and left without proper instructions to move forward in fixing two of our major appliances. We honestly need another repairman to come to our home just to sort out the lack of information we were given. I do NOT ever want this repairman to EVER come to our home again. We felt unsafe and we felt we did not receive reliable information about our issues. Honestly, I wish I had followed my gut instinct and called law enforcement. It really was that concerning.

Worst service
They keep coming back to fix my AC, never fixed the problem. Every time technian comes, he says he fixed my AC and everything is fine. As soon he leaves. AC stops working. He already came twice this year and six times last year. It takes 2 weeks to get new appointment and I brought 5 years protection plan from them and I am stuck. 2 years without central AC.

Horrible
did not fix the fridge and refused to put in writing what he verbally indicated to me. This was his 2nd visit and sears 3rd visit for the same issue. I have lost complete faith and paid over $600 and I still do NOT have a working fridge.

poor workmanship
It eemed like this individual did not understand his job. The work was poor and parts were not ordered. During the installation process hose were burnt, but not replaced.
